Whom to Contact

In matters of personal data protection, you deal with the controller. For the tipsport-recenze.cz website, that is its operator. Whether you need an explanation of how your data are handled or want to submit a request as a data subject, write to contact@tipsport-recenze.cz.

Data Generated by Your Visit

The tipsport-recenze.cz website processes only as much personal data as it needs to run, stay protected and measure traffic, plus the data required to reply to your email.

When you browse the website

Technical data are processed: your IP address, type of device, browser and operating system, the moment of access and the URLs of the pages you open. They serve the operation and security of the website and analytics. In addition, cookies are used, as explained in the section on cookies.

When you write to us

From a message sent to contact@tipsport-recenze.cz, we process the sender's address, the content and any signature.

Data of Tipsport Vegas players are not processed here, nor are data on gambling, identity verification or payment transactions.

Limits on Sharing Data

A simple rule applies: without a legal basis, personal data are not passed to third parties, and unverified entities do not receive them at all. They may be made accessible only in connection with running the website and with analytical services, to these categories of recipients:

  • hosting and the CDN network, for the operation, availability and security of the pages;
  • web analytics, for traffic statistics used to optimise how the website works.

We state the names of specific providers here only if they are publicly identifiable within the website.

Analytics Tools Outside the EU

Some analytics tools are operated by companies based outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. If such a tool is used on the website, personal data are transferred to a third country on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The purpose of the clauses is to give the data adequate protection. If the website relies on no service outside the EU/EEA, data do not leave for third countries.

What Rights You Have as a Data Subject

Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and the GDPR grant you the following rights:

  1. Withdrawing consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it. The lawfulness of earlier processing is not affected.
  2. Objection. You may raise one against processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
  3. Portability. If processing is automated and based on consent or a contract, you can rely on the right under Art. 20 GDPR.
  4. Restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
  5. Erasure, also called the “right to be forgotten”, under the conditions laid down in Art. 17 GDPR.
  6. Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  7. Access to the data we process (Art. 15 GDPR).

Request to Exercise a Right

Send the request by which you exercise any of your rights to contact@tipsport-recenze.cz. The controller must deal with it without undue delay and reply no later than 30 days after receiving it. If the request is complex or the controller receives a larger number of them, it may extend the period by a further two months; in that case it will let you know.

Breaches and Complaints

Do you suspect that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the law? You can then submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, the ÚOOÚ:

Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, Praha 7, postcode 170 00

Securing Access and Transmission

We protect personal data on two levels. During transmission between the user's device and the server, they are secured by the HTTPS/TLS protocol. While stored, they are shielded from unauthorised access by technical and organisational measures based on the current state of the art. The controller regularly evaluates both and takes steps to keep the risk of unauthorised access and data misuse to a minimum.

Current Version of the Policy

We recommend checking regularly whether the current wording of this policy has changed. Changes may occur if legislation or the processing of personal data is adjusted, and the controller will inform you of significant ones via the website.
